EduCare Premium: Childcare Staff

Supporting young learners during their early educational journey is essential for their development. Our Childcare Staff Placement Services are designed to provide daycares nursery schools, playgroups or pre-primary schools with the additional support they need to thrive in a playgroup or classroom setting. We connect educational institutions with dedicated childcare staff or teacher assistants who work closely with educators to create a positive and productive learning environment for your child.

• Pre-screened candidates, including psychometric testing
• Unlimited candidate options
• Arrange interviews with chosen candidates
• Our placement fee is paid in 2 instalments: 60% upfront and the remaining 40% on completion of the placement
• Handover pack with employment contract, UIF guidelines and more.
• 2 months probation with 1 free substitution should placement fail during the probation period
