Finding the right nanny for your child is crucial to their well-being and development. Borcelle commits matching your family with a dedicated, reliable and nurturing caregiver; whether its newborn care, toddler activities, or school-age routines during the day, we’re here to support you.
- Pre-screened candidates, including psychometric testing
- Unlimited candidate options
- Arrange interviews with chosen candidates
- Placement fee is paid in 2 instalments: 60% upfront and the remaining 40% on completion
- Handover pack with employment contract, UIF guidelines and more
- We offer a 2 month probation period and provide 1 free substitution if the placement fails during this period.
